Early on in dealing with my Design Pane problem I'd thought to try and reset this to 100% and followed the Win10 suggestion that the changes might not take place till the user logged out and back in I'd set it at 125% when setting up my new computer. If "Change the size of text." is set to anything but 100%, the Design Pane formatting problem occurs in EW4 and VS2015. It's in the Win10 (Home) "Display Settings" (right click on the desktop). As I suspected it's a Windows 10 settings issue which is quite simple to deal with once understood. After months of frustration and wasted time I accidentally tripped on the solution to my problem yesterday while dealing with something else. ![]()
